Loneliness does not come from having no people about one, but from being unable to communicate the things that seem important to oneself, or from holding certain views which others find inadmissible.

About

meg.

my life goals:
+ to be living in an earthship
+ to live in australia at some point
+ to produce enough food to be able to provide for myself without relying on an inefficient system that leaves many by the wayside
+ to write something that affects someone the way i am affected when i read a really well-crafted sentence

i like pretty words and pretty girls (pretty boys are alright too). i'm writing a zombie novel. i'm interested in sustainable design, philosophy, writing, and any and all kinds of gardening. i often find myself despairing at the state of the world and how easily it could change if people didn't have a vested interest in it's destruction. i'm trying hard to be less pessimistic, and instead focusing on what i can do to change the things that piss me off.

my days consist mainly of la dispute, great books, hookah, singing loudly, my best friends, board sessions, good movies, filling notebooks, tokes and tumblr.

also, if you have as big of a hard on for this band as i do, check out my la dispute appreciation blog.
